Let’s face it everyone wants those toned and skinny arms, but they are hard to get. I am going to give you the secrets on how to get skinny arms you always wanted. Lift those weights. If you think you are a 90 pound weakling or have some underlying medical condition that keeps you from lifting weights, you need to stop justifying your excuses and just lift those weights.
Pretty much all gyms and stores have an assortment of weights from hefty to ultra light weights to fit anyone’s particular needs. If you want those skinny arms you will have to lift the weights. You can even do it at home. Lift some cans. Yes, cans are a good way to get skinny arms in your spare time. Be careful, don’t lift weights that are too heavy for you. This can damage your arms and set you back. Most women prefer 8 lb. weights as this is pretty much the ideal weight to balance.
Food. You have to watch what you eat. There are certain combinations that will help you to reach your goal faster than others. The main foods to get skinny arms involves vegetables, fresh fruits, lean meat, nuts and seeds, low carbohydrates, and skim dairy. If you eat from these categories you will get better results, much faster than if you maintained a traditional diet.
Drink lots of liquids. Water is the best thing to flush out all the toxins from your body. Just be careful too much water can be bad for you. They used to tell you to drink eight glasses of water a day, but now say that four to six are sufficient.
Aerobics. Aerobics are a great way to move your whole body. Skinny arms can be accomplished by doing windmill exercises, or punching some imaginary target while you are working out. Which brings us to our next point.
Boxing. Boxing is a great way to get skinny arms. Punch a hanging bag or a speed bag. They will not only help you with coordination and a great workout they will get you beautiful sculpted arms anyone will be proud of.
Push ups. Push ups are a good way to get those skinny arms you always wanted. They help to tone and define even the flabbiest of arms. By adding a push up routine to your daily workout you will be able to sculpt and shape your arms into the skinny arms you want.
Just remember, you do not need to join a gym to look and feel great. It depends on what your day to day activity is to realize the results that you want. Sometimes it happens quickly, for others it may take a while. Don’t get discouraged. You have to work to get what you want in life and getting those skinny arms is no exception. You will have to work at it. Don’t worry, it is okay to say I will do it tomorrow. Just remember you get out of it what you put in.
